Vermont Court Allows Prayer Before Town Meetings

Let us pray. Almighty God, we thank you that a court in Vermont has reversed an unconstitutional ban on public prayer before meetings in the Town of Franklin. Your Word says, “Draw near to Me, and I will draw near to you” (Jam. 4:8), so we thank You that this town council has remained committed to prayer and seeking Your presence and guidance during their public meetings. We pray that you would pour out Your blessings immeasurably upon the Town of Franklin for your glory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
