Obama misleads during Notre Dame speech

Let us pray.  Almighty God, we pray that President Obama will repent of his misleading words, which he spoke while promoting abortion to a Catholic audience at Notre Dame University, by stating he wants to give doctors freedom of conscience to abstain from providing abortions.  Meanwhile Obama’s deeds do the opposite, since he revoked without amendment President Bush’s executive order which had protected a doctor right of conscience.  We pray from James 2:18, show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Four Muslim-Americans plot to blow up New York City

Let us pray.  Almighty God, we pray You protect America, as four American citizen terrorists were just arrested for plotting to blow up public targets in New York City.  God, they were all Muslims who worship the false god Allah and follow the violent false prophet Muhammed, and they converted to Islam in American jails.  So we pray instead for Christian evangelism in all American jails, and that you bless all Christian ministers who obey Christ’s command in Matthew 25, I was in prison, and you visited me.  In Jesus name, Amen.

San Diego home Bible study group ordered to pay $10,000 for permits

Let us pray.  Almighty God, we pray for the pastor and his wife in San Diego, who host a weekly Tuesday night Bible study in their own home with 15 people, but were ordered to pay up to $10,000 in fines for a permit, or immediately cease all religious assembly in their own home.   God we pray not only you protect their First Amendment right to assembly, but we also pray from Hebrews 10:25, we will not forsake our assembling together as a church, but we will encourage each other, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Let us pray.  Almighty God, we pray from Psalm 122:6, for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.  We pray God you strengthen Israel and its Prime-Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who stood firm this week, and stands nearly alone in the world while defending the safety of the Jewish homeland, against a growing nuclear threat from Iran.  God give him courage to never divide Jerusalem, and resist pressure from the Obama Administration to give away more land, in exchange for empty promises from the Iranian terrorist Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Craigslist Founder Continues to Promote Prostitution

Let us pray.  Almighty God, we pray for Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster, who continues to promote and advertise prostitution around the country, ignoring legal threats from three state attorneys general, demanding he cease and desist.  God we pray you will soften his heart to comply with the law, and stop exploiting poor women who sell their bodies.  We pray from Leviticus 19:29, Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
