Let us pray. Almighty God, we pray you defeat and filibuster President Obama’s socialist takeover of our hospitals, doctors, children, and grandparents. The House and Senate bills now confirm mandatory “end of life” counseling for the elderly, rationing of resources, living wills authorizing euthanasia, and full funding of abortion through an accounting scheme. God, stop Obamacare’s power to determine who will live or die in America. From Psalm 82:4 we ask that you rescue the weak and needy; deliver them out of the hand of the wicked. In Jesus name. Amen.

Let us pray. Almighty God, we obey Jesus’ words in John 14:14 “…ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it”, and we thank you for 400+ Christians who attended our rally to defend pastors right to pray “in Jesus name” in Lodi California. God bless the 24 atheists who hate Jesus, and the one noisy demonized atheist who became silent and walked away when we prayed for him. We now pray that on 30 Sept. the Lodi City Council will vote to allow pastors to pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Senate Confirms Pro-Abortion Sonia Sotomayor to US Supreme Court
Let us pray. Almighty God, we grieve as the US Senate voted 68-31 to confirm the pro-abortion Justice Sonia Sotomayor to the United States Supreme Court, the highest court in the land, with the help of 9 Republican Senators - Alexander (TN), Bond (MO), Collins (ME), Graham (SC), Gregg (NH), Lugar (IN), Martinez (FL), Snowe (ME), and Voinovich (OH). From Psalm 37:9-10 we know that evil men will be cut off, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land. A little while, and the wicked will be no more! In Jesus Name. Amen.

Senate ENDA Forces Christian Businesses to Hire Homosexuals
Let us pray. Almighty God, we pray for the defeat of the Senate’s pro-homosexual bill called the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which establishes special hiring preferences and quotas for those who are confused about their own gender, calling sin “inclusive” while codifying anti-Christian discrimination in the workplace. ENDA makes Christians who believe in biblical morality second-class citizens, and bans religious employers from making employment decisions based on religious convictions. We pray from 1 Cor 4:5, bring light to that which is hidden in darkness exposing the motives of men’s hearts, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Almighty God, from James 5:16, we thank you for answering two of our previous prayers regarding the release of two American journalists Laura Ling and Euna Lee from North Korea, and for the decision by the U.S. Navy to stop restricting religious speech on the Navy for Moms website, since we know have proof that the effective, fervent prayers of the righteous availeth much. We also thank you for the work of Liberty Counsel that defended the Navy moms in this case, please grant them continues success, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Almighty God, we pray for courage for the Pensacola Florida Principal of Pace High School, Frank Lay and his Athletic Director, Robert Freeman, who face jail or a $5,000 fine violating an ACLU-initiated Court Order prohibiting prayer at school sponsored events. God, what has happened to our nation when teachers face jail for saying a prayer in school? We pray you defend them in court on Sept. 17th, from Daniel 6:22 we ask that You would shut the mouths of the lions, and declare Lay and Freeman are innocent, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Let Us Pray. Almighty God, we thank you for the bold stand in Idaho of the Nampa Classical Academy private charter school, who elected to use the Bible as a secular textbook, and are now under fire from anti-Christian ACLU attorneys, who complain about separation of church and state. God help the government return to the views American education founder Noah Webster, who considered education “useless without the bible.” We pray from Isaiah 55:11 we ask that Your word will not return empty and will accomplish what you desire, in Jesus Name. Amen.
